Terms

• Hotel rooms: rates in CHF are per room and day, incl. taxes, VAT and breakfast buffet
• Apartments: rates in CHF are per apartment and week, incl. taxes, VAT and breakfast buffet at the hotel, cleaning twice per week with a change of towels and final cleaning.
• The use of our modern exercise room as well as our wonderful spa with indoor pool and Jacuzzi seats, sauna and steam bath is included in the rates. Massage treatments are on request.
• Following additional service is availabe on request concerning the apartments: daily cleaning at CHF 120.-- per day / 3.5 room apartment or at CHF 240.-- per day / Penthouse.
• Apartments: The reduction for a reservation without daily breakfast buffet at the hotel would be CHF 20.-- per person and day.

 

Supplements for extra beds in parents' room

• Up to 6 years: free of charge, incl. breakfast
• Between 7 and 16 years: CHF 100.-- per night and child, incl. breakfast
• From 17 years onwards: CHF 130.-- per night and person, incl. breakfast

 

Reservation terms

• Indication of your home address as well as your credit card details (number and expiry date) as a booking guarantee
• Apartments: Deposit to be paid 3 weeks prior to arrival, minimum lenght of stay of 3 nights

 

Cancellation policy

• Up to 3 weeks prior to arrival: free of charge
• Up to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount
• Less than 10 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount
